Make art while also learning from community gardeners, beekeepers, and even chefs on how we can all work to sustain and nourish our pollinator friends – bees and butterflies!
Art-making activities, learning opportunities, honey-tasting, and exhibits will be featured at this dynamic all-ages, family-friendly event featuring:
- An exhibition featuring images based on gardening, bees, and butterflies created by local artists including Ivy Tech Community College art students
- Art-making activities
- Info tables on beekeeping and hive management
- Honey tasting!
- Honey-themed recipe station hosted by Chef Thom England/Ivy Tech Culinary Program
- Lessons on how to prep seeds to “winter over”
- And more!
