First place to explore your festival options! Sample festival programs and activities, see “Costumerie” by artist Kyle Ragsdale and “Memories in the Making” by people with Alzheimer’s, check out living sculptures (IUPUI athletes), enjoy Blue Monkey Sideshow, plus other surprises!
