Event Description:
This tender and often funny drama about waging war against aging was written by an Indianapolis playwright and features some of Indy’s finest actors.
When widower Otto Klommerman, once the finest welder and union organizer in West Virginia, finds himself convalescing in a nursing home after a stroke, he vows that if they don’t let him go, he will check out by his own means. After alienating his daughter, his only relative who still speaks to him, visits from some extraordinary women help him find his way from his idealized past into the present.
